Sennelier Oil Color Sticks are designed for uninhibited application of oil paint directly to painting surfaces, extending the artist’s freedom of expression. Enjoy spontaneity and expressive, broad strokes. Apply to canvas, canvas boards, laminated panels or paper. Produced with pure pigment, the finest safflower oil and high quality mineral wax. They can be used for quick sketching or complete works of art, as great complements to both traditional and contemporary techniques. Like oil paint, they dry to a resilient film and can be diluted with turpentine.
- Made with oils selected for their low degree of yellowing over time
- Before use, the dried surface film should be removed (this latter will re-form after a few days of non-use).
