Protects Trailer Floors, Ramps and Walls (Grey, 6 Gallon) with 1 Foam Cover

TK64Trailer Floor Coating is a water-based plastic coating formulated to resist abrasion in automotive, industrial and agricultural environments. Offers a textured non-slip finish in black (satin) or grey. Apply with 3/8" foam roller included. 2 layers minimum required. Excellent adhesion to metals, wood, concrete and painted surfaces. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. TK64 should not be exposed to temperatures below 15.6°C during application and curing process. Use protective glasses and appropriate clothing. Do not freeze or store in direct sun. Shelf life of 1 year. Very good adhesion to plywood, treated plywood, oriented edge (OSB) and bare wood. Ideal for 4x4 tubs, roll bars, bumpers, underbodies, wheel shafts, rocker bars, trailer floors and DIY pickup beds. New trailer floors will only require a light garbage before application. Used trailer floors require more thorough cleaning with a focus on oil stains and petrol spills. For used trailer floors, remove/replace rotted wood and splinters, fill the main slots/holes with paintable wood putty. Clean floor with water-based degreaser (e.g. Citrus degreaser). Rinse thoroughly with hose/pressure washer and allow the floor to dry completely. Repeated cleaning of oily stains may be required to ensure proper adhesion. A fan will increase airflow and reduce drying time.

• The product cannot be shipped to places with temperatures below 32 degrees. The coating should be applied and hardened at temperatures of 60 degrees or above.
• Please note that using less than 2 coats required will compromise the integrity of the coating.
• Non-flammable, self-extinguishing. Excellent adhesion to wood, painted surfaces, clean bare metals, concrete and more.
